Alliance of NGOs on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice

Our relationship with the Alliance

The EEC holds full membership in the Alliance of NGOs on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice. This membership connects the EEC with a global network of civil-society organisations working on prevention, justice and the protection of human dignity.

The Alliance supports cooperation among NGOs and civil-society engagement in discussions relevant to UNODC and the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice. Our relationship with this ecosystem is through membership in the Alliance.

Within the EEC, this engagement relates to the work of our Division of Criminal Justice and Crime Prevention, bringing human factors, applied behavioural science and professional education into our prevention and institutional-capacity priorities.
